Purchased goods, which does not suit you can be returned according to the conditions listed below.
Exchange of goods
You can exchange the goods until 14 days from receipt shipment. .
If you find that the you ordered wrong size, send it back to us and we will replace it for free.
Transportation costs for the second sending to you are covered by us.
Return of goods
The reasons for returns:
- Legal return goods without giving any reason
- Change of size
- Reclamation
Send the goods back to us
Goods send us securely packaged at our address provided on the invoice for the goods.
The goods package must include Protocol for complaint or replacement and a copy of the invoice. Download the protocol, fill it out, print it out and attach it to the package. All risks and costs associated with transportation are paid by the customer, so we recommend you to insure the package being shipped.
COD shipments will not be accepted.
Terms of exchange
When exchanging or returning goods please write a reason following our terms of business, namely:
- The consumer can exchange the goods only if the purchased goods are delivered to UAX, which is unused and undamaged, with a copy of the invoice and a completed exchange protocol to the company's registered office within 14 days, with a copy of the invoice clearly stating "Application for the exchange of goods "and further indicate the required refund, ie color and size. The exchange will be carried out as soon as possible, of which the Consumer will be informed by e-mail or telephone. The right to return goods under this article does not apply to goods made at the consumer's request (tailoring, length and size adjustment)
- In the event of a return, the consumer has the right to a refund of the postage in the cheapest option of delivery of the goods offered by UAX.
- In the event of an exchange, the customer is not entitled to a refund of the postage associated with the delivery of goods delivered to the entrepreneur (UAX).
- The shipping costs for sending the exchanged goods to the customer are covered by (UAX).
- The buyer is not entitled to a return of the goods or the purchase price made to order through a custom e-shop associated with a particular brand.
